The standards set out in Citizen's Charter have been explained to the staff in several meetings and it has been impressed upon them that these standards and commitments should be achieved. The same has also been explained to the importing and exporting community in several interactions with them. The standards and commitments enshrined in the Citizen's Charter have been published in booklet forms and distributed among staff and trade. These standards and commitments are also prominently displayed at vantagepoints at Air Cargo.
