TENDER NOTICE

 

            It is proposed to install Air conditioners in the Import Noting, Manual drawback & Bond sections covering appr. area of 225 to 230 sq. ft., of this Commissionerate situated at first floor, opposite TR6 challan cabin of M/s CMC Ltd.

 

2.         Sealed quotations are invited from interested parties for the work relating to installation of air conditioning units at the offices as mentioned above. The required work & subsequent maintenance will be comprehensive & may cover following area of work services.

 

1.                   To install the required units considering the area of the said offices including addition &/or alteration to the present partitions / false ceiling.

2.                  Repairing & maintenance of the said units.

3.                  One technician/Engineer should be available on call on all the working days.

 

3.         Further, the price quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes. The parties should provide details of work experience of the company, existing client list, organizational strength / background & general profile of the organization.

 

5.         Bill for payments should be submitted on completion of the work.  

6.         Log book entries shall be made after every service & there shall be at least one check up / inspection per week at the location by the authorized technical staff/engineer of the party.

 

7.         The sealed envelopes should be addressed to the, Commissioner of Customs (Imports) Sahar Air Cargo Complex, Andheri (West), Mumbai-400099 and should be superscripted as “Quotation for Installation of Air conditioners in the office of Import Noting, Manual Drawback & Bond section”.

 

8.         The sealed quotation may be submitted up to 1700 hours of 24th March 2006. The quotation received after the due date and time shall not be considered.

 

9.         Interested parties may visit this office for actual nature & extent of work from 11.30 to 1.30 pm on all the working days & may contact the undersigned for further information.

 

10.       The Commissioner of Customs (Imports) reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without giving reasons thereof.
