TENDER NOTICE

 

 

            Sealed quotations are invited from the interested parties who wish to bid for the disposal of the following which was ordered by Commissioner in file no S/3-Prev.Admn-4/93 ACC on 22/11/05.

 

  1. Furniture lying at Old MCD, AI Heavy Warehouse

 

  1. Old and rusted steel racks: 44 nos.
  2. Broken wooden table: 5 nos.
  3. Rusted and non repairable steel cupboard: 1 nos.
  4. Broken wooden chairs: 2 nos.

 

B. Furniture lying at Record room of Import Warehouse.

 

  1. Broken Steel Tables: 4 nos.
  2. Broken Steel and wooden chairs: 6 nos.

 

C. Furniture lying at MCD.

 

  1. Old and rusted steel racks: 2 nos.
  2. Old and rusted steel chairs: 2 nos.

 

Bidder should abide by the following condition:

 

1.           Bid should be offered for as is where is basis.

2.           Transportation should be arranged by prospective bidder.

 

 

            The sealed quotations can be submitted to the CHS section of Customs at Ground Floor on or before 05/12/2005 till 5 p.m. It should be addressed to Commissioner of Customs, Sahar, Air Cargo Complex, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400 099 “Tender for the Old and Used Furniture”, should be mentioned on the Envelop. Quotation received after due date and time will not be considered. More information may be sought on tel. No. 2682 8156.

 

            Commissioner of Customs, ACC, Mumbai, reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons.
