TENDER NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited from the interested parties for the supply of two nos. of HP Laserjet Printers and five nos. of CD Writers for the use in the office of the Commissioner, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai.

The quotation shall be submitted upto 5.00 pm of 09.09.2005. Those received after the prescribed date and time will not be accepted and taken into consideration for award of the purchase order. The parties may verify the technical details of the required items mentioned above in the EDI office of this Commissionerate located at the Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai.

The quotation should be addressed to the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai. The sealed envelopes containing the quotation should super-scribed as “Quotation for supply of HP Laserjet Printers and CD Writers at Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai”.

Interested parties should specify all tax inclusive prices in their quotations, including warranty period etc.

The Commissioner of Customs (Import), ACC, Mumbai reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons thereof.
