TENDER NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited from the interested parties for the supply of items as described below for the use in the Commissionerate of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai.

15” LCD Monitors - 2 Nos.

The quotation shall be submitted upto 5.00 pm of 19.08.2005. Those received after the prescribed date and time will not be accepted and taken into consideration for award of the purchase order. The parties may verify the details of the required items mentioned above in the EDI office of this Commissionerate located at the Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai.

The quotation should be addressed to the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai and the sealed envelope containing the quotation should be super-scribed as “Quotation for supply of Two LCD Monitors”. Interested parties should specify all tax inclusive prices of different brands and models if any, warranty period etc. model wise.

The Commissioner of Customs (Import), ACC, Mumbai reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons.
