TENDER NOTICE

Sealed quotations are called from the interested parties for the Annual Maintenance Contract of the UPS in the office of the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai up to 5P.M. of 24.02.2006. Quotations received after the date and time will not be accepted and taken into account for award of the work.

The quotation should be addressed to the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400 099. The sealed envelope containing the tender should be superscribed as ‘Quotations for AMC of UPS in EDI Systems’. Interested parties may verify the actual area of work.

Interested parties should specify the conditions of contract in their quotations.

Following are the UPS which should be maintained.

1. 2X20 KVA UPS 1 SET.

2. 2X3 KVA UPS 1 SET.

3. 2X5 KVA UPS 1 SET

The Commissioner of Customs (Import), ACC. Mumbai reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons thereof.
