TENDER NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited from the interested parties who wish to bid for the disposal of the following which was ordered by Commissioner in file no. S/43-CHS-20/2004 ACC and S/3-Prev.Admn-4/93 on 16/11/05 and 22/11/05.

1. Old CTM document lying at Old MCD, AI Heavy Warehouse.
2. Manual Drawback Shipping Bills lying in Record room of Import Warehouse.

Bidder should abide by the following condition:

1. Bidder should bear the cost of tearing the documents into 4 pcs. before loading the documents.

2. Documents should be recycled.

3. Bid should be offered for as is where is basis.

4. Transportation should be arranged by prospective bidder.

The sealed quotations can be submitted to the CHS section of Customs at Ground Floor on or before 05/12/2005 till 5 p.m. It should be addressed to Commissioner of Customs, Sahar, Air Cargo Complex, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400 099 “Tender for Disposal of old Documents”, should be mentioned on the Envelop. Quotation received after due date and time will not be considered. More information may be sought on tel. No. 2682 8156.

Commissioner of Customs, ACC, Mumbai, reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons.
