TENDER NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited from the interested parties for the supply of items described as below for use in the Service Centre in the Office of the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai.

1) Eight Dot Matrix Printers.

2) Forty-one AT-XT type Line Dumb Terminals along with identical Keyboards.

The quotation shall be submitted upto 5.00 P.M. of 20^th July 2005. Those received after the prescribed date and time will not be accepted and taken into consideration for award of the work. The parties may verify the technical details of the required items mentioned above in the Service Centre of this Commissionerate located at the Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai.

The sealed quotation should be addressed to the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai and the sealed envelop containing the quotation should be super-scribed as “Quotation for supply of Dot Matrix Printers and AT-XT type line Dumb Terminals along with Key-boards”. Interested parties should specify all tax inclusive prices of different models if any, warranty period etc. model wise.

The Commissioner of Customs (Imports), ACC, Mumbai reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons
