TENDER NOTICE

 

                       

                        Sealed quotations are invited from the interested parties who wish to bid

for providing vehicle (non a/c) with driver, for official duties, from Monday to Saturday, on hire / contract basis to the office of Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai – 99.

 

                        Following are the primary conditions of the contract :

 

  1. The vehicle should be in good condition & fulfilled all the norms set by State Transport Authorities.
  2. The driver should be of good moral character ,well trained and should hold valid driving license.
  3. The service provider should ensure availability of vehicle & driver.
  4. The service provider should furnish full details of vehicle and driver.
  5. The non-availability, non-engagement, charges will not be paid. 
  6. Contract can be terminated by giving 24 hrs. notice.

 

 

The sealed quotations can be submitted to the C.H.S. section of Air Cargo

Customs at Gr. Floor, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar , Mumbai, on or before 26-11-2005 till 5.00 pm.  It should be addressed to the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400 099.  Quotation received after due date and time will not be considered.                         The Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Customs, Mumbai, reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons.
