TENDER NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited from interested parties who wish to purchase on as is where is basis the following items lying unused in this Commissionerate.

1. 64 Nos of 40 AH sealed maintenance free old batteries.

2. 48 Nos Pentium 1 CPU

3. 88 Nos Monitors

4. 45 Nos Keyboards of Computer

5. 23 Nos Mouse for Computer.

The quotations may be submitted upto 04.07.2005 upto 5 p.m. and should be addressed to the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400 099. The sealed envelope containing the tender should be superscribed as ‘Tender for purchase of old computers and computer peripherals’. Quotations received after the due date and time will not be considered. More information and assistance for entry/inspection may be sought on telephone nos (022) 26828174 or 26828148, Extn. Interested parties may inspect and verify the actual status of the items between 14.30 hrs and 16.30 hrs on 21.06.2005 and may contact Dy. Commissioner of Customs, EDI in this regard. Price should be quoted separately for each item i.e., Battery, CPU, Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse.

The Commissioner of Customs (Imports), ACC, Mumbai reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason.
