TENDER NOTICE

 

Sealed quotations are invited  from interested parties for the “Annual  Pest Control Service Contract” for the Pest Control covering area under the office of the Commissioner of Customs at Sahar Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai for the period starting from 01-04-2006 to 31-03-2007

 

The terms of Contract, nature of preventive treatment,  methods of treatment, Chemicals to be used & frequency  of services to be provided including area to be covered under pest control are mentioned  in Annexure-I & II to this Tender Notice. Interested parties should quote the total price of the AMC and also price per treatment and  specify the  conditions in detail  in their quotations.

 

Sealed quotation should be addressed to the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400 099.  Interested parties may approach this office for  verifying the actual area of the work during working day from 11.00 am to 04.00 pm.  The sealed envelope containing the quotation are to be superscribed ‘QUOTATION FOR PEST CONTROL AT ACC’.  The last date of receiving  Tenders is 20/03/06. Quotations received after 05.00 p.m. of 20/03/06 will not be accepted and taken into consideration.

 

The Commissioner of Customs (Import), ACC. Mumbai reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons thereof.

1)  Treatment Method                               Liquid Chemical Spray, Powder Dusting, 

                                                                  Herbal Paste Control Treatment, Fumigation,                        

                                                                  Baiting, Poison, Dropping.

 

2)  Nature of Preventive Treatment          White Ants, Rodents, Cockroaches, Spiders,           

                                                                  Mosquitoes, Flies, Lizards, Ants, Rats, Mice    

                                                                  & Field rats.

 

3)  Chemicals                                            Nuvan, Cythion, Malathio Rogar, Zinc

                                                                  Phosphate, cannon, Durban(cyfcs).

 

4)  Frequency of service                           One major treatment every alternate month

                                                                  (6 major treatments in one year)  Any 

                                                                  complaint should be attended forthwith     

                                                                  during the course of AMC.

 

5)  Condition of AMC.                              Comprehensive AMC.
