TENDER NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited from the interested parties for the ‘Annual Maintenance Contract’ of the UPS in the office of the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai. ( for the period from 01.04.2008 to 31.03.2009). The quotation shall be received up to 5.00 P.M. of 24.03.2008. Quotations received after the due date and time will not be accepted and taken into account for award of the work.

2. The AMC shall be comprehensive. All the spares needed for repairing the UPS or for replacing defective parts shall be provided by the contract holder. The contract holder shall also be responsible for preventive maintenance to ensure that there is no breakdown in the system due to the failure of UPS. In case of any failure, the department shall impose appropriate penalty on the contract holder.

3. The Sealed quotation should be addressed to the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 099. The sealed envelop containing the tender should be superscribed as ‘Quotations for AMC of UPS in EDI Systems’. Interested parties should specify the conditions of contract in their quotations. They can also inspect the goods to be covered in the contract between 1430 hrs to 1700 hrs on or between 12.03.2008 to 15.03.2008.

4. Following are the UPS which should be maintained.

1. 2X20 KVA UPS 1 Set of DB Electronics make

2. 2X3 KVA UPS 1 Set of Aplab make

3. 2X5 KVA UPS 1 Set of Uniline make

The Commissioner of Customs (Import) Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons thereof.
