QUOTATION NOTICE

Sealed quotations (with Sample) were invited by Administration Section, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai, for the supply of General and Stationery items as per list enclosed, for the Financial year 2008-2009 (from 01.04.2008 to 31.03.2009) vide quotation notice dated 15.02.2008. The same is hereby cancelled and fresh quotations are invited.

The sealed quotations (with samples) shall be submitted to the Asstt. Commissioner of Customs, Administration Section, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai- 400 099 on or before 28.03.2008 till 5.00 p.m. It should be addressed to the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400 099. Quotations received after the due date and time will not be considered. More information may be sought on telephone No. 26828156.

The Purchase Committee, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons.

Following are the primary conditions of the Purchases:

01. The rate once approved will be applicable throughout the financial year and no

change in the rates will be allowed anytime during the year.

02. Defective/damaged items will have to be replaced by the supplier and on recurring

occurrence of defective supply, the approved quotation of the supplier will stand

cancelled.

03. Payment will be made by cheques only after receipt of items.

04. Delivery will be made at our office.

05. If the delivery of the item is not made within 07 days after receiving of the supply

order, the supply order will stand cancelled.

06. Sample should be provided for each and every item.

07 . Supply of goods for the financial year 2007-08 should be as per approved sample.

08 . The supplier should give an undertaking on a stamp paper of Rs. 50/- to supply the

item as per our specifications and quality.

The said quotations notice may be sent to EDI for display on our website and also on the Notice Board.
