Functioning of Risk Management Systems (RMS)         

• The RMS has been inaugurated at A.C.C., Sahar, in December, 2005.
   

• All Group excluding Gr. VII and Katcha Bill of Entry are covered under RMS.
   

• Gr. VII and Katcha Bill of Entry are also to be included shortly.
   

• The Post Clearance Audit has replaced concurrent Audit.
   

• To facilitate the trade in terms of Board’s Circular No. 42/2005-Cus dated 24.11.2005,    S.O. No. 36/2005, dt. 05.12.2005 and P.N. No. 28/2005, dt. 02.12.2005 have been issued.
   

• All Green Channel holders have been extended the status of Accredited Clients.
   

• Facilitation is extended to 50% of Bills of Entry.
   

• Dwell time for a facilitated Bills of Entry has been reduced from 57 hours to 9 hours.
